Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
